Leda Angel Goins is the proud owner and hair stylist at TONE HAIR SALON in Raleigh, North Carolina. She grew up in NYC, and shares time with family in Las Vegas Nevada, and Queens, NY.

After graduating from Peace College in 2003, she received her B.A. in Communications and A.A in Computer Science. She attended and graduated International Hair Institute of Raleigh in 2004. She always knew my true passion was hair and the skilled art that goes along with it.

”If you asked me what my favorite kind of hair to do, I would say it all!!! but color correction, balayage, and custom color are my absolute favorite things to do. I love to think outside the “box”, especially with a client that walks in after using a ‘box’ color ”

In November of 2016, she decided to take the leap and is now the proud owner of Tone Hair Salon, which she describes as her best decision ever!
